The Windows Help and Support Center is not an essential Windows service, so if you're looking to lower the amount of processes used on your operating system you can disable the Windows Help option. Disabling Windows Help prevents the computer from launching the support center when you click the option or if you hit the function key tied to the support center.
Instructions
Click "Start" and right-click "Computer."
Choose "Manage." The Computer Management window pops up.
Click "Services and Applications." Click "Services." A list of Windows' services pops up.
Double-click "Help and Support" from the services list. Change the Help and Support startup type to "Disabled." Click "Apply" and "OK."
